The Department of Surgery, is headed by our Director & Chief surgeon, Dr. Prasad Bhatlawande (MS-GENERAL SURGERY, F.I.C.S., F.A.I.S., F.M.A.S.), has an experience of more than 18 years of practicing surgery in and around Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad. We have one of the best Operation Theatre facilities in the area. The surgical team manages a broad range of diseases, expanding the spectrum from common general surgical procedures to highly complex procedures. These include all the routine open surgical procedures, laparoscopic surgeries, cancer surgeries and laser procedures

Dr Prasad Bhatlawande, Director and Chief Surgeon at Healing Touch Hospital, completed his MBBS, MS (General Surgery) from the esteemed BJ Medical College, Pune in 2003. He further gained prestigious Fellowships like FMAS, FAIS and FICS in the science and art of Surgery. He has also gained excellence in use of Laser for Treatment in Endovenous Diseases- Varicose Veins and in Piles, Fissures and Fistula. He is known for his remarkable surgical skills, diligence and honesty. He is capable of managing all complicated surgical cases. He has his mastery in all laparoscopic and laser surgeries. He has been honoured at various occasions in his field. He also serves various other hospitals in Pune, PCMC, Mumbai, Ahemadnagar and vicinity with his golden surgical hands helping people to get rid of their ailments.
